Let God have Control

“And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a foothold to the devil.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:26-27‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I get angry- do you? Has it ever controlled you? We are going to get angry and there are plenty of things today which can cause us to get a little sideways. I was watching this sunset with my family on Saturday and this truth came to mind. I’m in control of what I get angry about. And I’m also in control of how long I stay angry about it. At the end of the day today, I choose to take enventory of my disposition and release what I need to release to the Lord and be at peace when I lay my head to rest. God is bigger than anything and He is at work in every situation. When I release my frustrations to the Lord I am acting on my belief that He is at work on my behalf and for my good.
